Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager in Arcadia, CA to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, mentor a team of up to 25, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience for every customer.

You will onboard and develop talent, organize daily operations, and uphold Windsor policies with integrity while promoting our values and visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communication in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales as part of the sales-directing team and create an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.
• Support Store Manager in talent scouting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Organize and plan operations on the sales floor to execute daily tasks.
• Lead training with the team, provide coaching, and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain Windsor policies and procedures with integrity.
• Support execution of Windsor Merchandising Directive and keep store tidy.
• Promote Windsor values and culture of respect, care, and ownership.

• You're an expert at finding and retaining great talent: You support the Store Manager in finding the right talent. You are consistently making new networking connections to ensure your store has a wide talent pool. You're committed to an exceptional onboarding experience that supports the store's retention goals.
• Right people, right place, right time is your motto: You organize and plan in ridiculous detail to get the job done. You own the sales floor to ensure you execute daily operations and create the Oasis for your customers.
• You have a passion for leading people: You partner with the Store Manager to supervise and conduct training with your team.
