Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our retail leadership team in California. You will support the Store Manager, drive store productivity across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, and coach a high-performing team of fashion-minded Stylists while upholding Windsor's standards.

You will lead by example, communicate clearly, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker capable of resolving issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Willing to receive feedback and continuously improve.
