Job summary

Windsor is seeking an Assistant Manager in Greendale, WI to drive sales and lead a team of up to 25 stylists. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver strong store performance, coaching and onboarding while upholding Windsor's Visual Guidelines.

You bring at least 1 year of retail management and are an effective communicator who can resolve issues quickly and inspire a culture of respect and excellence.
