Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is seeking energetic team members to support store operations and guest experience. Starting pay ranges from $17.95/hr to $19.95/hr with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

This role requires flexibility to cover a 24/7 schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays; strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ in order to apply.

• Interpersonal & communication skills for outstanding customer service.
• Collected & composed under high pressure with strong problem solving.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification either current or willingness to obtain.

• Lead by example by overseeing tasks and duties of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of Team Members.
• Support facility safety inspections and equipment maintenance.
• Perform general reporting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
