Job summary

Maverik, Inc. is hiring for a Team Member to join our 24/7 stores in Lakeside, AZ. The role demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a starting pay range of $20.04 to $22.04 per hour and opportunities for career growth.

You will engage customers with strong communication, help train fellow Team Members, and assist with store operations, safety checks, and reporting. Previous supervisory experience is preferred and ServeSafe certification is a plus or willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• ServeSafe certification currently held or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee tasks of Team Members.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and supervision of Team members.
• Support facility safety inspections and equipment checks.
• Complete general reporting and bookkeeping duties.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves frequent standing, walking, handling, and horizontal reaching. It also requires reaching above shoulder level and below the waist, as well as activities such as bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
