Holiday Oil Company in American Fork, Utah, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. This role includes cash handling, inventory control, training, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to maintain store standards, process daily sales, and support fuel operations while upholding safety and company policies. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Training experience preferred.
• Open/close stores across Sunday–Saturday schedule.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and POS.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Team leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
