Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead a fast-casual team in Allen, TX. You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, recruit and train staff, and drive sales growth while ensuring excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of managerial experience, strong P&L understanding, and a track record of controlling costs. You’ll foster brand loyalty through sanitation, appearance, and a professional café image.

Qualifications
