Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking crew members to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced cafe environment. Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing smoothies and fresh foods, and maintaining cleanliness across the dining and kitchen areas.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliable transportation, the ability to multi-task, and a friendly, outgoing personality that welcomes both new and existing customers to the brand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.

• Operate the register, take customer orders, accurately handle cash.
• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to each customer that visits the café.
• Any additional tasks as necessary.

Must have reliable transportations, ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers, and ability to multi-task.

Must be 18 years of age or older; and out of high school.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the day

• Face to face interactions with customers and other crew members
