Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of professional maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property.
• Working knowledge of HVAC and pool maintenance strongly preferred.
• Ability to work an on-call schedule.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Inspects vacated apartments and completes checklist regarding make-ready status.
• Completes general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property.
• Installation of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and toilets.
• Performs pool maintenance such as cleaning and checking pool chemicals.
• Removes trash and debris from the grounds.
