Hanover Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Hanover at the Pinehills and Hanover Colony Place, luxury mid-rise apartment communities in Plymouth, MA.

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will ensure quality maintenance, perform preventative programs, and address maintenance requests. Key responsibilities include:

1. Adhering to Hanover Maintenance and Quality Assurance standards for safety and cleanliness during routine property inspections, including documenting issues in property management software.
2. Completing logs and reports weekly and monthly to meet compliance and quality standards.
3. Assisting in overseeing property operations, including basic make-readies and on-site duties such as repairs, painting, carpet shampooing, and other maintenance tasks.
4. Timely completion of service requests, make-readies, and inspections.
5. Following all safety protocols and policies.
6. Managing communication via Hanover-issued mobile devices when on-call.
7. Performing duties assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient property operation.
8. Reporting liabilities or concerns immediately.
9. Representing the property and Hanover professionally in appearance and behavior, and responding promptly to emails.
10. Participating in the "10 Ways to Play Like a Champion" monthly awards program.
11. Responding to inquiries from the Global Service and Support Team to enhance operations.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Ability to lift 75 pounds; lifting belt required.
• Ownership of personal tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment repairs.
