Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Knowledge of apartment facilities management.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise turnover staff performance; control quality, efficiency and professionalism.
• Review, counsel & document turnover staff performance in accordance with company policy.
• Inspection of turnover units and occupied units as necessary.
• Perform move-out inspections and billable items processing per procedures and VRLTA.
• Identify work in turnover units and assign make-ready and contractor schedules.
• Ensure turnover supplies & parts are available or ordered.
• Complete turnover paperwork (unit description, move-in/out inspection sheets).
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to meet market demand and turnover schedules.
• Oversee the Parts Department operations.
• Plan for departmental growth.
