Ideal candidates will have HVAC, pool, and electrical certifications, plus at least two years of on-site multi-family maintenance experience. The position requires strong communication and teamwork within a fast-paced property team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC Certification.
• Pool Operator Certification.
• Electrical Certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety policies and wears PPE.
• Performs preventative and reactive maintenance on appliances, plumbing, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Installs appliances and electrical fixtures; rekeys deadbolts.
• Keeps shop clean and communicates inventory needs.
• Completes service requests within 24 hours.
• Assists with resident functions as required.
