Hillwood Properties is looking to hire an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at Union House in Aubrey, TX. The role supports maintaining market-ready, occupied, and preventive maintenance programs, handling repairs across appliances, plumbing, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and related tasks.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of on-site multi-family maintenance, HVAC and electrical certifications, strong safety discipline, and the ability to work on-call and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years on-site multi-family maintenance experience.
• HVAC, Pool Operator, and Electrical certifications.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing the property's maintenance programs.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on appliances, plumbing, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Install appliances and electrical fixtures.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shop and manage inventory.
• Assist with resident functions as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and MSDS regulations.
