Job summary

RHO Residential, LLC in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager/Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping a safe, well-maintained community for residents and staff.

Requirements include a High School diploma, English proficiency, 2–3 years in property maintenance with 1 year in supervision, EPA Type I/II and CPO certifications, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills; experience with basic plumbing/electrical and experience with service requests

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; English reading/writing fluency required.
• Basic to intermediate math skills; technical certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property condition according to safety standards.
• Repair service requests promptly and correctly.
• Assist with scheduling and supervising maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready and participate in turn-key operations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and tools with proper bidding procedures.
• Promote safe work practices and adhere to safety programs.
