Job summary

BSR REIT is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to perform general maintenance and repairs at their apartment communities. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, pool maintenance, and appliance installations.

You will prepare vacants, handle work orders, and ensure property upkeep. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 3–4 years of maintenance experience, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3–4 years general maintenance experience.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, pool, and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs at the apartment community.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
• Respond to work orders in occupied apartments.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry issues.
• Install and repair locks, appliances, and fixtures.
• Perform pool maintenance and repairs.
