Qualifications

• Must own personal set of tools.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.

• Complete service requests and inspections in a timely manner.
• Oversee on-site property operations in coordination with Maintenance Supervisor.
• Carry out safety programs and report liabilities.
• Respond to communications on-call and maintain professional standards.
