Hanover Company is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Taunton Crossing in Taunton, MA. The role requires hands-on maintenance, adherence to safety standards, and coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient property operations.

The position involves routine preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and maintaining logs and reports. On-site duties include basic repairs, painting, and preventive inspections for apartments and common areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
• Must own personal set of tools.
• Knowledge of general maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, and pool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality maintenance in a timely manner.
• oversee preventative maintenance programs and respond to requests.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with on-site duties and basic make-readies.
• Complete service requests, inspections, and required logs.
• Follow safety programs and communicate via company devices when on-call.
• Represent property professionally and respond to inquiries to improve operations.
• Review and respond to Global Service and Support Team inquiries.
