CoreCivic is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of facility structures in a secure, institutional setting. You will supervise staff and inmates, schedule work orders, and ensure safety and code compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4 years in maintenance/construct ion and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED certification or equivalent is required.
• Four years of experience in general construction or plant/institutional maintenance is required; one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Additional qualifying education or technical training may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Knowledge of building construction and operation of building systems; Microsoft Office experience required.
• Experience with an Enterprise Asset Management system is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum age must be 21.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, schedule and manage maintenance, repair and upkeep of facility structures and systems.
• Supervise and schedule work orders and projects; track, complete and inspect work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and inmates/residents; evaluate as per policy.
• Inspect completed work orders for workmanship and compliance; direct corrections as needed.
• Perform routine facility inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
