• Supervise maintenance staff and inmates/residents per policy and supervisor directions.
• Monitor and track work orders; ensure timely completion and inspections.
• Inspect completed work for workmanship and safety; correct deficiencies.
• Conduct routine facility inspections for safety and regulatory compliance.
