BSR REIT in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Make Ready Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across our apartment community.

Responsibilities include preparing vacants, responding to work orders, and routine preventative maintenance with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks. A HS diploma or GED is required; EPA/HVAC certification is preferred. The role is a full-time, on-site position ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 40 hours per week.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years general maintenance experience
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, swimming pools and carpentry
• EPA and/or HVAC certification preferred

• Daily repair and upkeep of the assigned apartment community
• Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner
• Performs preventative maintenance
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Lock installation and repairs
• Maintain and upkeep all pools on property
• Maintain grounds and common areas to remain free of debris and trash
• Minor plumbing
• Minor painting
• Minor carpentry
