Job summary

The role demands strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration with operations, safety and procurement to meet production goals.

The incumbent will develop budgets, estimates and ROI analyses, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in engineering or industrial maintenance.
• Formal project management training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineers, consultants, contractors and maintenance staff on large capital projects across Electrical, Environmental, Facilities, Process and Refrigeration.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and on budget, aligning with safety and quality standards.
• Develop engineering specifications, procedures and policies; perform inspections and ensure compliance.
