Job summary

National Beef in North Baltimore, Ohio, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations on-site. You will coach staff, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and maintain safety and quality across all production lines.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, coordinating with leadership, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while upholding safety standards and company policies. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing multiple duties in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory or production background in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple duties and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe environment for employees to perform their jobs.
• Coaching, training, and instructing employees to produce quality products and reduce waste.
• Monitoring employee performance against expectations.
• Daily reporting to Lead Manufacturing Manager and other supervisors.
• Overseeing processing activities in line with GMPs, HACCP, and LOTO standards.
• Developing and evaluating staff to ensure SOP compliance and safety.
