Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property maintenance or related field experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property to safety standards; perform repairs promptly.
• Spend 90–95% of time on hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Supervise on-site staff and outside contractors as needed.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting and inventory management.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain records.
