Qualifications

• Familiarity with SNF regulations, life-safety, and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building issues.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair wheelchairs, hospital beds, and other resident equipment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
• Complete preventive-maintenance tasks and required documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable SNF, life-safety, and building regulations.
• Coordinate with facility staff, outside vendors, and contractors.
• Be available to respond to occasional emergency and after-hours calls.
