Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation in Millersburg, PA seeks an Assistant Maintenance Director to support the Maintenance Director in keeping a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Qualifications

• Healthcare or skilled nursing maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative and repair maintenance throughout the facility.
• Monitor and follow the facility’s work order system.
• Complete required daily, weekly and monthly testing and inspections.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist with facility safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide coverage in the absence of the Maintenance Director.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
