Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Rate: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

• Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*

Job Location & Description

We are seeking a Service Technician II for our 280-unit apartment community in North Austin, near The Domain. The role involves completing maintenance tasks such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. The goal is to ensure resident satisfaction through quick and professional service. Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in on-site property maintenance.
• Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
• Availability to work weekends as needed; on-call every other week for emergencies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and structural elements like stairs and fences.
• Addressing issues such as leaks, flooring, and more.

Work Schedule & Requirements

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; weekends and on-call as needed.
