Maintenance Assistant - Watermere at Round Rock

Join our team at Watermere at Round Rock, a resort-style independent living community in Round Rock, Texas. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician to work with our Maintenance Lead and Director of Plant Operations. Your responsibilities will include HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance, as well as apartment and appliance repairs to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, pools, and structural elements such as stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
• Perform painting, sheet rock repairs, tile, carpet, flooring, and ceiling leak repairs.
• Complete make-ready checklists and perform repairs to prepare units for new residents.
