Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. seeks a Production Operator for its Richfield, WI facility. This on-site, full-time role supports equipment setup, operation, and maintenance in a corrugated production environment. A high school diploma or GED is required; laminating/adhesives experience is a plus.

You will inspect runs, reduce waste, maximize throughput, perform routine clean-ups, and follow safety rules. Good communication and dependable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus.
• Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions.
• Corrugated industry experience preferred.
• Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
