Qualifications

• Prior work experience in packaging industries preferred (paper, plastics, converting).
• 6 months experience in a manufacturing operation.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Work safely at all times and participate in the Plant Safety Committee.
• Follow GMPs and quality procedures; prevent bad quality from reaching customers.
• Assist Machine Operator to maximize capacity and improve setup times and downtime.
• Maintain housekeeping and keep work areas free of hazards.
• Assist with reporting production, machine status, safety and quality data.
• Cross-train on other machines and learn additional plant roles.
