Open Door Mission seeks an Assistant Lydia House Director to manage the FSW team and day-to-day operations of the Lydia House in Omaha. You will work under the Lydia House Director to ensure proper processes, guest care, and building maintenance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in human services or related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong leadership, communication, and discipleship abilities. Competitive benefits and a Christ-centered culture are offered.
