Bay Mills Community College is seeking an Assistant Library Director to support the Library Director in managing daily library operations and student services. You will handle circulation, testing accommodations, cataloging tasks, and records management to ensure accurate, accessible information resources.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative approach with campus departments. Evening/weekend flexibility and travel to conferences may be needed.
Under the supervision of the Library Director, the incumbent will be responsible for general library functions, student placement and record keeping, and purchasing necessary library items. The Assistant Library Director will work with other departments to perform job duties and must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. The Assistant Library Director will meet academic and professional qualifications, demonstrate dedication to academic excellence and student-centered education, and will support the mission and objectives of the Bay Mills Community College.
