Job summary

Granite Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Leasing Manager for an on-site role in West Lafayette, IN. You will serve as market knowledge resource and face of Granite to tenants and staff, helping lease strategies and guiding leasing team.

Responsibilities include property visits, presenting leases, processing documents, and providing exceptional service while working in a fast-paced environment with overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in property management or leasing preferred.
• Approachable, personable and helpful with tenants.
• Honest, meticulous and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a knowledge base for Granite properties and locations.
• Provide market feedback and pricing/input on leasing strategy.
• Support Leasing Manager in guiding staff with market insights.
• Know Granite staff roles to better assist tenants and stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings to secure leases.
• Prepare and present new and renewal leases to tenants.
• Process leases and internal documentation.
• Overtime during peak periods and other duties as assigned.

About The Role

(This is an on-site role.)

• The Assistant Leasing Manager serves as a vital source of market knowledge and strategy for both Granite management and leasing staff, while serving as the face of Granite by representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability . The Assistant Leasing Manager is a point of contact to management and tenants, both prospective and current.

What You’ll Do

• Be a knowledge base for Granite managed properties including property locations, attributes and amenities
• Actively provide feedback including market knowledge, input and recommendations concerning leasing and pricing strategy across each property
• Assists the Leasing Manager in guiding and supporting the leasing staff using market expertise, experience and understanding
• Be familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Granite staff and departments to help in being a better resource to tenants and other external stakeholders
• Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings in an effort to secure new leases
• Prepare and present both new and renewal leases to both prospective and current tenants while answering any questions regarding the lease and managed property
• Process and complete leases and other internal documentation
• Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity
• All other duties, as assigned
