Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Lead Supervisor to support bakery operations, lead a morning-focused team, and deliver exceptional guest service alongside perfect cakes.

You will mentor teammates, ensure quality, manage daily workflows, assist with administrative duties, and partner with management to achieve business goals while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic business math and computer proficiency.
• Food safety certification (or within 30 days).
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic business math and computer proficiency

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and able to move throughout the bakery
