Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, development, and administration of certain aspects of the program.
  • Assist in implementation of team policies aligning with the philosophy of the institution.
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of student-athletes.
  • Assist in academic oversight of student-athletes.
  • Execute secondary duties within the Department of Athletics as assigned.
  • Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Indiana Tech.
  • Aid the Head Coach in planning and executing in-gym sessions.
  • Assist in player development.
  • Assist in game day strategies and execution.
  • Execute film breakdown and scouting.
  • Oversee equipment and gear maintenance and arrangements.
  • Develop fundraising strategies.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for on-road contests and other needs.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the head coach or the athletic director
