Qualifications

• Passing grade in Assessment testing.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen standards per Bloomin' Brands policies.
• Assist in opening crew setup in the kitchen.
• Check schedule for incoming team members.
• Coach on security procedures and safety standards.
• Evaluate the close from the night before.
• Review daily inventory and prep to receive orders.
• Track shelf-life and temps on equipment.
• Learn flavor profiles and recipe specifications.
• Follow recipe cards with no compromise.
• Conduct daily sanitation checks and health inspections.
• Ensure timely cook times and kitchen flow.
