Zella's Deli is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team!

We're a busy, locally owned Asheville deli known for quality food, generous portions, and a commitment to great service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

This is a hands-on position working alongside our Kitchen Manager and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be an experienced cook who is eager to learn all aspects of kitchen management and take on increasing responsibility.

Our goal is to develop someone who can confidently and independently oversee daily kitchen operations.
