Job summary

Café Zupas is hiring an Assistant Manager in Boise, Idaho. You will lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and foster a positive service culture while coordinating smooth shifts and guest engagement.

We offer two days off each week, 15 paid days off including holidays, a quarterly bonus plan, 401K, and comprehensive medical benefits. This role emphasizes growth with a defined career path toward General Manager and a supportive, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in restaurant/retail (plus hospitality management degree)
