As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing food service employees during shifts
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Providing excellent customer service
• Acting with honesty and integrity
• Adhering to company standards, systems, procedures, and policies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in food service or restaurant management
• ServSafe certification is a plus
• Ability to work a variable 40-hour workweek
• Physical ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds

Working conditions include:

• Shift lengths of 8-10 hours, varying
• Flooring: cement, tile, textured surfaces; lighting: fluorescent
