Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a dedicated Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations, including ordering, receiving, food preparation, and presentation. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch Legendary Food, apply today!

Responsibilities of an Assistant Kitchen Manager include:

• Supervising and overseeing food production
• Enforcing employment policies in collaboration with management
• Monitoring tickets and managing pace during peak hours
• Managing through hands-on supervision, including assisting with serving, hosting, and cooking as needed
• Conducting formal line Taste and Temp checks
• Ensuring proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Managing inventory and tracking waste under the Kitchen Manager's direction
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance
• Ensuring consistency in food quality and service to boost sales
• Practicing safe food handling procedures
• Ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures by Back of House staff
• Creating a safe environment and developing Back of House employees
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times
