The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV Information Technology Department seeks an Assistant Director of IT Support to lead the Service Desk, Field Support, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management. This role reports to the Director of IT Operations and supports IT services for students, faculty, staff, medical professionals, and community members.

You will set service expectations, support staff development, monitor performance, and drive improvements that strengthen the overall technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum five years of related experience
• Three years of supervisory/management experience
