Roots And Wings Montessori is seeking a calm yet energetic Infant Teacher Assistant to join our team. You will assist the Lead Teacher in a class of infants, using gentle guidance to support each child's development.

Learn the Montessori Method and contribute to a structured daily routine from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering independence and helping children build social and emotional skills while maintaining a nurturing classroom environment.
