Job summary

Growing Room Auburn is seeking a caring, dependable caregiver to supervise and nurture children in a daytime program. You will support social, emotional, and physical development, maintain a clean, safe environment, and communicate with families.

The role is Monday through Friday with daytime hours and extra pay after 4 PM. A high school diploma is required, plus a love for children, patience, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood coursework is a plus)
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
