Buckle in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the best possible shopping experience for guests. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager, sharing responsibility for training Teammates and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display, and store maintenance.
• Work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit Teammates and provide leadership.
• Share responsibility for training Teammates and act as Store Manager in their absence.
