Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to assist with hydrovac equipment and utility excavation on construction sites. You’ll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and safely, supporting a dedicated team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $25+. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and willing to travel up to 25%. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany successful performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.
• CPR/First Aid and Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Able to work varying shifts and travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in various weather.
• Prior hydrovac operation or related industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrovac equipment operations using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig safely and efficiently to uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Follow safety protocols and support a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
