Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator in Hobbs, NM. You will assist in digging with high‑pressure water and vacuum systems to uncover utilities and support various construction projects.

The role requires safety‑minded individuals ready to contribute to essential infrastructure work. Compensation is $21.00 per hour and up based on experience, with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required or preferred.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist hydrovac operator using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig and uncover utilities.
• Support safety-focused execution on construction projects.
• Participate in essential infrastructure work as part of the Badger team.

In this role, you'll use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and efficiently, uncover utilities, and contribute to various construction projects. Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
