Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Assistant Hydrovac Operator to join our safe excavation team. You will assist with high-pressure water and vacuum system operations to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support diverse construction projects.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and physical stamina in varying weather, with opportunities for pay increases as you gain experience. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist hydrovac operator and operate equipment to dig safely and efficiently.

Compensation

$21.00 per hour and up based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!
