Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking Assistant Hydrovac Operators for Corpus Christi, TX on a per diem basis. You will support safe excavation and infrastructure projects, operating hydrovac equipment and assisting crews in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, able to work variable shifts, travel up to 25%, and able to lift 50+ pounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols.

What You’ll Need

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Must undergo a physical examination and complete pre-employment screenings (driver’s abstract review and drug/alcohol test)

What Will Make You Stand Out

• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred)
