We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor to join our newly renovated hotel. This is a hybrid role where you’ll support housekeeping operations as both a Room Inspector (2 days/week) and Room Attendant (3 days/week).

Position Summary:
As the Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of both room inspection and room cleaning responsibilities. You’ll ensure rooms meet our quality standards when the Supervisor is off and help maintain our high guest satisfaction scores through consistent cleanliness and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Room Inspector Duties (2 Days/Week):
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, condition, and compliance with brand standards
Prepare and distribute daily room assignments
Securely distribute and track room keys and communication devices
Support housekeepers with guidance, training, and hands-on assistance as needed
Address guest concerns professionally and promptly
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards
Room Attendant Duties (3 Days/Week):
Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards
Maintain cleanliness of common areas
Replenish linens, towels, and guest amenities
Stock housekeeping carts and storage areas
Assist guests with requests and provide friendly service
Follow lost and found procedures accurately
Qualifications:
Prior housekeeping experience required; supervisory or inspection experience preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Dependable, professional, and guest-service focused
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
