Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures for guest rooms and public areas; conduct regular inspections.
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; oversee budget.
• Ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high cleanliness and presentation standards; address feedback.
• Maintain health, safety compliance; implement procedures to minimize accidents.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B to coordinate seamless service.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Promote eco-friendly practices to reduce environmental impact.
