Job summary

Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Housekeeping Manager to help lead our housekeeping operations and deliver exceptional experiences for our homeowners and guests. If you're an organized, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people, we'd love to hear from you!

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you'll work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure our vacation rental homes meet Sun Realty's high standards of cleanliness,

Qualifications

• Two or more years of housekeeping and/or customer service experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook). Breezeway experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and staff.
• Help ensure vacation rental homes are cleaned, inspected, and guest-ready.
• Support scheduling, training, and coaching of housekeeping team members.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain Sun Realty's quality standards.
• Resolve housekeeping concerns quickly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, guests, vendors, and other departments.
• Assist with inventory management and supply organization.
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
